The Tlusel Apartments are located directly in the pedestrian zone of Ortisei (1236 m) in Val Gardena, and are thus the ideal starting point for your stay in the Dolomites. Lifts going up to the slopes, bus stops, stores, restaurants, playgrounds etc., can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes. Buses go regularly from Piazza San Antonio (main center) to Selva di Val Gardena or to the cities of Bressanone and Bolzano.
The picturesque capital of Val Gardena, Ortisei, is a starting point for numerous hikes, mountain tours, and ski tours, but also offers a varied choice of things to do after sports activities, such as the attractive pedestrian zone with numerous shops and cafés. Culture and art enthusiasts can learn a great deal about the history of the village in the Ladin Museum, and can enjoy several permanent exhibitions and exhibits of local artists in the village itself. Without any doubt, one of the true highlights is the annual UNIKA art show.

By car:
You can reach Ortisei on the A22 motorway (Brennero motorway) via Innsbruck-Brennero-Chiusa (take the exit for Chiusa and follow signs for Val Gardena), from where you will reach Ortisei in around 15 minutes. From there, follow the RED HOTEL ROUTE signs.
By train:
From Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium there are good Intercity and EC train connections via Munich-Innsbruck-Brennero to Bressanone (in some cases to Chiusa or Bolzano), from where you can easily reach Ortisei with the hourly bus service.
