For stays of less than 7 nights, a surcharge may apply.
We do not accept credit cards.
Bookings without a deposit are not considered as confirmed bookings.
The day of arrival and departure must be a Saturday.
The apartment can be occupied from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 9.00 a.m., otherwise an additional amount of € 160.00 - 300.00 will be charged.
In case you arrive after 6 p.m., we ask you to inform us, otherwise we will consider the apartment free and available to us.

Included services

Linen, pans and tableware, washing machine, dishwasher (for more than 4 people), safe, TV, WLAN connection, ironing facilities, and garden.
Free admission to the Mar Dolomit indoor and outdoor swimming pool, with a water chute, hydro massage and brine pool.
For stays of at least 7 nights, our guests will receive the Val Gardena Mobil Card that allows full use of public buses in Val Gardena free of charge.

Cancellation terms

For cancellations up to 61 days before date of arrival we charge 40% of the booking value (deposit).
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the date of arrival, we charge 100% of the booking value.
In case of late arrival or early departure we charge the complete apartment price without local tax.

Conditions - Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass

Conditions - Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass: Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Südtirol Alto Adige GuestPas (consequently Guest Pass) will be issuedto the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regionalgovernment No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well asfrom 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure. The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the "südtirolmobil"network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourismorganization. The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium,appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Associationof Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of theadditional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing andmanaging the Guest Pass.
